TenBerke named to Team that will Transform Historic Philadelphia Family Court Building

At a press conference held on Tuesday, TenBerke was named to the team that will transform Philadelphia’s historic former Family Court building into a boutique hotel. Located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the hotel is expected to have more than 200 rooms and amenities that include a restaurant, a bar, and event spaces.
The Family Court was built in 1941 and is on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places.
