We were the design architects for the interiors of this new twenty-story Upper West Side residential building. Conceived as a twenty-first century version of a classic pre-war apartment house, it has 75 large and varied units with modern conveniences.

Our work included the design of the apartment layouts, their kitchens and baths, and the lobby, hallways and residents’ amenities. These included a playroom for young children as well as one for middle-school-age activities, a gym, and indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. We also provided the interior design on six model apartments.
