Deborah Berke and artist Titus Kaphar come together for a conversation about art, architecture, community, and urban transformation. The two are currently collaborating on the building for NXTHVN, a new arts incubator that will provide studio space, mentorship, professional development, and training in the Dixwell neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut.
