Topping-off Ceremony for Brown University Brook Street Residence Hall

Last week, Brown University celebrated the topping-off of our Brook Street Residence Hall. Partners Deborah Berke and Noah Biklen, who are leading the project, attended the ceremony. The 355-bed two-building residence hall for third and fourth-year undergraduates is situated at the edge of campus and is knit into the fabric of its surrounding neighborhood. Set to open in Fall 2023, the all-electric, hybrid CLT residence hall will contribute towards the university’s pledge to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net-zero by 2040.
